The Empress symbolizes abundance, beauty, and growth.

As a reigning female figure, it’s only fitting the Empress graces the bottles of the queen of winegrapes, Chardonnay.

Cloaked in warm-colored, velvety robes against a vibrant yellow sky, this depiction of the Empress showcases the rich depth yet soft, creamy mouthfeel of our Buttery Chardonnay.

Prophecy Pinot Noir V19 750ML

Prophecy Pinot Noir 2019 is a bright, medium-bodied red wine grown in California. Aromas of red fruit open in the glass with a touch of Tahitian vanilla and toasted coconut. The palate is refreshing with layers of cherry and raspberry underscored by accents of spice. A well-balanced mouthfeel leads to a long, velvety finish. Viticulture Notes Vintage 2019 in California experienced cool temperatures that effectively lengthened the growing season and allowed the grapes to ripen gradually at lower sugars. Grapes from this harvest have concentrated flavor and optimal balance. Winemaking Notes Grapes for this Pinot Noir were fermented at temperatures between 78° and 82°F in stainless steel tanks. Skin contact time was tailored to each vineyard for enhanced color and flavor and to maximize the plush mouthfeel. To create aromas of vanilla and toasted coconut, we aged the wine on American and French oak.

Prophecy Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional example of one of California’s most famous noble varieties. Notes of blackberry, plum and dark cherry carry luscious depth. Dusts of cocoa, anise and a tap of pepper give the Cabernet more interest. All the while, oaky notes of toast and vanilla impart a silky texture and long, polished finish.
